October Update

Cavan CoCo granted planning permission on the 2nd of September, the four week appeal period has now also passed without issue. We are currently awaiting the final grant notice. Also currently negotiating with local builder regarding pricing for the job.

All going to plan we might get kick off sometime mid November.
